• Intended Product Scope: Nelou products are designed for everyday portable beverage use only. They are not medical hydration equipment, guaranteed 100% leak-proof airtight containers (unless specified), electronic temperature-controlled units, single-wall containers, or commercial beverage storage.
• Performance Expectations: Thermal temperature retention (hot/cold), lid seal performance, and vehicle cup-holder fit can vary based on external factors, including liquid starting temperature, lid position, ambient room conditions, cleaning methods, and individual cup-holder designs.
• Product Use & Care: Our drinkware must be used only for its intended purpose and in accordance with the care and safety instructions (e.g., hand-washing, avoiding microwave use, or extreme temperatures) provided on the product packaging or listings. Damage caused by misuse or improper care will void return eligibility.
